I was greeted by Katelynn, the Assistant Mgr. It was my first time to the car wash today. It was very refreshing to receive excellent customer service, with enthusiasm and care. I opted for the Top Tier Banzai Car Wash, also giving me a discount for military service. I was given air freshners, dash wipes. The vacuum machine area was clean, and very easy to utilize. I highly recommend this car wash business. I'll definitely be back to see Katelynn again soon. Aloha~ Beans

I love this place. I have been going there since they opened, so I'm a founding member. They are very nice to me and I have no complaints about my car washes. Stay clean! 😺😺😺

Went to the new car wash as the reviews seemed to be generally good. My car was pretty dirty so I got the best and most expensive wash offered. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what but attendants were both very short and not friendly at all, all out rude. Despite tires being one of the things that are supposed to get clean on the wash I selected, my tires are still really dirty. I'll stick with my regular place.

As a frequent customer of The Wave Car Wash, I have been closely following their expansion across Pierce County. This brand-new site marks their third location in the region, supplementing the original establishment over at 176th and Canyon Road, as well as the second branch situated in Spanaway on Mountain Highway (Highway 7) right near the Walmart. In terms of pure aesthetics and facility design, this third location is a massive leap forward. If you were to combine the infrastructure of the first two sites, this new one would still easily surpass them. The Canyon Road location has always just been mediocre, and the Spanaway branch has unfortunately gone downhill, with a wash tunnel that frequently looks neglected and downright dirty inside. Seeing this sparkling new facility was a breath of fresh air. However, despite the pristine environment, the actual performance left something to be desired, which is why I am capping my rating at 4 stars. I visited during their grand opening promotional period when they were offering free car wash days to the community. I opted for the top-tier Banzai car wash selection, assuming it would provide the most thorough clean possible. Unfortunat

I stopped by during their opening week and was genuinely impressed. Friendly staff, a great wash, free vacuums, and an unlimited wash membership for a penny during the first month if you sign up this week. It was too good to pass up. What really won me over, though, was seeing them raise money for Mary Bridge Children's Hospital while celebrating their grand opening. It's always nice to see a new business investing in the community from day one. We're lucky to have them just up the road. If you've been meaning to check them out, this week is a great time to stop by.
